Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:
- · Assist and follow directions from Accounting Services Manager
- · Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- · Scan images of invoices for electronic storage
- · Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests
- · Sort, code, and match invoices
- · Verify approval of invoices and check requests
- · Prepare and process electronic payments
- · Prepare accounts payable checks
- · Print accounts payable reports and maintain accounts payable files as applicable.
- · Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- · Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- · Audit vendor statements monthly
- · In conjunction with property accountants, resolve banking errors and reconciliation discrepancies
